tBp is located near Henderson’s “Opportunity Zone,” the development will participate in the revitalization of Henderson. tBp will transform the area where Boulder Highway meets Sunset. This undeveloped plot of land will be revived – providing a pulse that attracts fresh new energy and life to a once-vacant section of a city prime for innovation.
The entrepreneurial spirit will be supported by providing incentives and advantages for individuals looking to start a business, expand their existing business or relocate to Henderson.
tBp will partner with Xtreme Cubes™, a locally based company in Henderson, to create our micro-style living and workspaces. Xtreme Cubes is known for its work with the late Tony Hsieh, who incorporated the company’s shipping container structures to develop The Container Park in downtown Las Vegas. His vision was to revitalize a long-vacant and forgotten area of the city and transform it into a hub for connection and a community where creative individuals could grow and share their ideas.
The positive impact of Hsieh’s ability to think bigger and find where untapped potential exists, directly aligns with the tBp mission. Hsieh acted as a pioneer for happiness in both business and life.
“Your personal core values define who you are, and a company’s core values ultimately define the company’s character and brand. For individuals, character is destiny. For organizations, culture is destiny.”
– Tony Hsieh

tBp will act as a sanctuary of space that will empower dreamers and doers to grow and thrive. We are thinking outside the box and taking things a little further by offering micro-style cubes that are fully customizable and affordable.
This development is an invitation to bring your ideas to life in an entrepreneurial haven.
Our commitment to transform the way people live, work, and play will drive growth and ensure the longevity of everyone who chooses to be a part of the tBp movement.
